For parents: what Fledge is, and isn't
What it does: Fledge organizes your child's entire application: an ordered plan built from their grades and your budget, a school list with honest cost estimates, scholarships with real requirements, essay coaching, and deadline tracking.
What it doesn't do: it does not write essays for your child. Every suggested edit is shown as an exact change your child must approve, and it is labeled in the document history. It also does not promise admission, because no honest service can.
Privacy: your child's information is used to build their plan. Sensitive information is encrypted, and it is never sold. Email us to delete an account at any time.
Cost: free during the beta. Planned pricing is about the cost of a streaming subscription, not the thousands charged by private consultants.

We were in your shoes.
We applied abroad the hard way. We did not know where to start. Building a school list took weeks of late-night searching. Essay help was either too expensive, or it came from counselors who wanted our stories to sound like theirs. Whole countries never made our lists, because we did not know a single person who had applied there.
We made it because generous people helped us.

Is Fledge really free right now?
Yes. During the founding beta every account gets the whole product, with a fair daily limit on AI features. No credit card, and beta accounts lock the founding price for later.
Will Fledge write my essay?
No. The coach points at exact sentences and suggests edits as proposals. You see the precise change, and nothing is applied until you approve it. AI edits are labeled in your document history.
Can Fledge guarantee I get in?
No, and be careful with anyone who says they can. Fledge shows honest fit and keeps you on schedule. The application is still yours.
What happens to my data?
Your profile is used to build your plan. Sensitive information is encrypted, and we never sell your data. Want it gone? Email hello@fledge.to and we delete your account.
